What in theory, should happen? Everyone should have equal access to employment.

What do people think affirmative action will do? Improve the workplace quickly.
What does the workers compensation legislation do? Protect employees and employers in case of accidents or illness's.
What can't a worker do if they accept compensation? The right to sue the employer.
Who must follow a companies rules and guidelines? Employees
What do some companies develop? A code of conduct.
