Glucophage (2) - Do Not Drink Alcoholic Beverages - Take with Food or Milk
Coumadin (3) - Do Not Drink Alcoholic Beverages - Take exactly as Directed by Physician - Do not take with Aspirin
Cipro (2) - Do not take with antacids - avoid sunlight
Tetracycline (2) - Avoid sunlight - Do not take Dairy Products and antacids 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals
Deltasone (2) - take with food or milk - Take exactly as Directed by Physician
Biaxin (2) - shake well - store at room temperature and discard after 14 days
Ambien (3) - Do Not Drink Alcoholic Beverages - May cause Drowsiness - Caution: Federal law prohibits the transfer of this drug to any person other than the patient for whom it was prescribed
Motrin (3) - Do Not Drink Alcoholic Beverages - May cause Drowsiness - take with food or milk
Depakote (2) - May cause Drowsiness - take with food or milk
Xalatan (2) - Refrigerate - For Ophthalmic use Only (of the eye)
Antivert (2) - Do Not Drink Alcoholic Beverages - May cause Drowsiness
TobraDex (1) - For Ophthalmic use Only (of the eye)
Proventil (1) - Shake well
Bactrim Suspension (3) -Shake well -avoid sunlight -store at room temp
Augmentin (1) - take with food and milk
Benzamycin (1) - Keep refrigerated - Discard after 3 months
Minocin (2) - Do not take Dairy Products and antacids 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals - Avoid Sunlight
Amoxicillin suspension (2) - shake well - store at room temperature and discard after 14 days
