Vincristine is a vinca alkaloid from the Madagascar periwinkle (Catharanthus roseus, formerly Vinca rosea and hence its name). It is used in cancer chemotherapy.
L-asparaginase is an enzyme which is used to treat acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It is marketed under the brand name ElsparĀ®. It can be given intramuscularly or intravenously.
