| Triceps (long head) Starting Position: Test: Measure: | -Supine -Flex the shoulder with the elbow extended and the forearm supinated, then flex the elbow. -degree of elbow flexion |
| Wrist Extensors (ED,EI,EDM) Starting Position: Test: Measure: | -Sitting, arm is supported on a surface with the wrist and hand off the edge, forearm is pronated. -Hold the MCP, PIP, DIP joints in full flexion while flexing the wrist; the end of the ROM is when the fingers extend or the elbow flexes -wrist flexion |
