Film Words

Words that describe the different kinds of camera shots

QuestionAnswer
Camera Shot a single continuous view filmed by a camera
Long Shot the camera is positioned to not look directly at the main characters, but to get a full view of what is going on.
High Angle Shot the camera is positioned to look down on the character to get a certain effect.
Low Angle Shot the camera is positioned to look up at an object or person. It can signify that someone may fall off something.
