What is an enzyme? >a protien that controls chemical reactions in the body.
Why dosen't food go down your windpipe when you swallow? >the epiglottis closes over it.
What are the 4 different types of teeth in the mouth? >Incisors, canines, premolars and molars.
what is at the end of your soft palate? >your uvula
What did Doctor Beamount observe about the stomach? >It is covered with a thick mucus (raw egg white) >When food is present, the pores in mucus release juice >The juice has acid in it
What is your palate? How many types of palate do you have? >The roof of your mouth >Hard and soft
