Three Kinds of Memory

QuestionAnswer
The kind of memory that makes you remember specific events in your life. (ex. graduation ceremony) episodic memory
Your general and common knowledge of something. (ex. tying your shoe) semantic memory
The skills and procedures learned during your lifetime. (ex. driving a car) implicit memory
episodic and semantic combined together. (ex. 9/11) explicit memory
