7 Contemporary Perspectives in Psychology

Biological Genes. Imbalance in the head, controllable with Biology.
Evolutionary They think the way they think from survival of the fittest.
Cognitive All in your mind. Control with mind and behavior. Brain is like a computer.
Humanistic Human beings have freewill. Human beings make their own decisions, self actualization. More to life than biology or logic and reason.
Psychoanalytic People do things they do from deep desires, subconscious, conscious movies, primal urges.
Learning/Behavior Behavior and choices are made because they are trained. The behavior is reinforced.
Sociocultural Culture, media, etc. trains human behaviors and choices.
