| Risks for coccidiodomycosis | Filipino>african, pregnancy, Male>female, patients with A or AB blood |

| Acute Treatment of Histoplasmosis, Blastomycosis, Coccidiomycosis | Mild Itraconazole 200-400mgx 6-8 months, Severe- Amphotericin B 0.7-1mg/kg/day +prednisolone followed by itraconazole for > 6months |
| Chronic pulmonary treatment of Histoplasmosis, Blastomycosis, Coccidodomycosis | Itraconazole 200-400mg x 12-24 months or Ketoconazole or fluconazole 200-800mg/day for 1 year |
