| Coccidiodomycosis characteristics | Non-compromised asymptomatic- Others- HA, COUGH, necrosis of pulmonary tissue, MACULOPAPULAR RASH-VALLEY FEVER, Dissemenated-septic arthritis presentation, skin, lymph, bnone, meninges, spleen, liver |
| Risks for coccidiodomycosis | Filipino>african, pregnancy, Male>female, patients with A or AB blood |

| Diagnosis of Coccidiodomycosis | Sputum, CSF showing IgG, IgM or skin tests |
| Sporotrichosis characteristics | Called south american Rose Gardners disease found in tropical areas of the world. |
| Acute Treatment of Histoplasmosis, Blastomycosis, Coccidiomycosis | Mild Itraconazole 200-400mgx 6-8 months, Severe- Amphotericin B 0.7-1mg/kg/day +prednisolone followed by itraconazole for > 6months |
| Chronic pulmonary treatment of Histoplasmosis, Blastomycosis, Coccidodomycosis | Itraconazole 200-400mg x 12-24 months or Ketoconazole or fluconazole 200-800mg/day for 1 year |
| Treatment of disseminated infection of Histoplasmosis, Blastomycosis, Coccidiodomycosis | Mild Itraconazole 200-400mg/day 6-18 months Severe Amphotericin B 0.7-1mg/kg/day x 1-3 months then fluconazole 200-400mg QDD for 6-18 months |
