Air capillaries Tiny tubes which allow air to flow through the lungs instead of just in and out
Trachea A bird's windpipe
Crop Stores and moistens food and releases it in a steady stream to the rest of the digestive system
Gizzard Grinds food to make it more easily digested in the intestine
Monocular vision Provides wide field of vision for detecting danger
Binocular vision Provides narrower field of vision. Ensures keener vision at long range and much improved depth perception at shorter range
