Fluticasone Propionate (inhalation) Oral Inhalation: 88-440 mcg bid
Albuterol Sulfate 1-2 inhalations q 4-6 hours prn
Ipratropium Bromide with Albuterol Sulfate 2 inhalations qid
Levalbuterol Hydrochloride 2 puffs every 4-6 hours (MDI), 0.63 - 1.25mg q 6 to 8 hours (nebulizer)
Latanoprost 1 drop in the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening
Olopatadine Hydrochloride 1 drop into affected eye(s) twice daily
Budesonide (intranasal) 1 sprays in each nostril daily
Fluticasone Furoate (nasal) 2 sprays in each nostril daily
Fluticasone Propionate (nasal) 2 sprays in each nostril daily
Mometasone Furoate Monohydrate (intranasal) 2 sprays in each nostril daily
Levofloxacin 250-750 mg qd
Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride (oral) 400 mg qd
Azithromycin Dihydrate 250-600 mg q day, ER: 2 g as a single dose
Clarithromycin 250-500 mg bid or 1000 mg once daily for ER
Cefdinir 300 mg bid or 600 mg once daily
Nitrofurantoin 100 mg bid
Metronidazole 500 mg every bid
Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride 500-750 mg BID
Minocycline Hydrochloride 50-100 mg bid
Amoxicillin Trihydrate 250-500 mg every 8 hours or 500-875 mg bid
Amoxicillin Trihydrate with Clavulanate Potassium 250-500 mg every 8 hours or 875 mg every 12 hours (based on amoxicillin)
Mupirocin Apply to affected area TID
Clindamycin Hydrochloride (oral) 150-450 mg/dose every 6-8 hours
Penicillin V Potassium 500 mg every 6-8 hrs
Sulfamethoxazole with Trimethoprim one DS tablet q 12-24 h
Doxycycline Hyclate 100-200 mg QID
Cephalexin 250 - 500 mg QID
Valacyclovir 500mg-1000mg BID
Oseltamivir Phosphate 75mg qd initiate treatment within 2 days of contact with an infected individual; duration of treatment is 10 days
Acyclovir 800 mg every 4 hours
Triamcinolone Acetonide (topical) Apply thin film to affected areas 2-4 times/day
Clobetasol Propionate Apply twice daily for up to 2 weeks
Prednisone 5-60 mg/day in 1-4 divided doses

Fluconazole 150mg daily
Clotrimazole with Betamethasone Dipropionate Apply to affected area twice daily
Nystatin (topical) Apply to affected areas 2-3 times daily
Meclizine Hydrochloride 12.5-100 mg/day in divided doses

Fexofenadine HCl 60 mg bid or 180 mg once daily
