La angina comienza con un dolor atenazante u opresivo
La angina de pecho se puede generar debido a insuficiencia cardiaca que genera problemas de oxigenacion

Estos farmacos son de tratamiento a largo plazo y esteres del acido nitroso nitroglicerina y nitrato de isosorbide
La angina de pecho tambien se puede tratar con vaso dilatadores y bloqueadores de canales de Ca
Debido a que se unen a receptores -SH en paredes venosas y que a largo plazo se deforman se desarrolla... tolerancia farmacologica
Los antianginosos se pueden administrar por medio de... parche o tableta sublingual
Al unirse a -SH se forma complejo que estimula a la... guanil ciclasa
Es la responsable de que aumente el GNP intravascular los provoca un aumento en la salida de Ca guanil ciclasa
