How does happiness effect performance? Happier, more positive people outperform their counterparts and also persist longer at tasks that require perseverance.
Does volunteering effect happiness? Volunteering increases happiness and happier people are more likely to be volunteers.
What did the nun study say about the happier nuns? The nun study showed that the nuns that had used more positive words and used more positive language lived longer and were still happy 60 years later.
