TermDefinition
To elaborate To add more information or explain something further (usually used with "on" or "upon").
A veteran Someone who has spent many years working in a job, activity, or field.
A tip Extra money given to a worker like a waiter or driver to thank them for good service. A tip is an optional payment freely chosen by the customer.
To resuscitate To revive a person who has stopped breathing, lost consciousness, or whose heart has stopped.
To revive To wake someone up from a faint or save them from dying (for example, paramedics trying to revive a patient).
Magnificent Grand, luxurious, or striking to look at (e.g., a magnificent cathedral).
Boastful Someone talking with too much pride about yourself, your skills, your things, or your achievements
Mesmerize To hold someone´s attention, to charm or to captivate
Discordant (adjective) Harsh-sounding noise
Inevitable Certain to happen, unavoidable
reproach an expression of disapproval or disappointment
indignity shame, embarrassment
a tuner someone who adjusts a musical instrument so it plays well
Savvy (adjective) having sophisticated understanding
a pitch (noun) a short, exciting story that explains a business idea to others

(non) procrastinating (not) delaying or postponing a task that you need to do, usually because it feels boring, difficult, or stressful
compelling something so interesting, powerful, or convincing that it grabs your attention and is impossible to ignore

a glimpse a quick, brief, or incomplete look at someone or something
a whip a tool made of a handle and a flexible lash or cord, used for striking, guiding animals, or making a sharp cracking sound
