Ethics Principles that guide behaviour to ensure fairness, integrity, and respect in professional practice.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Ongoing learning and development to maintain and enhance professional competence.
Professionalism Conduct, behaviour, and attitude that reflect competence, responsibility, and adherence to standards.
Code of Conduct A set of rules and guidelines that define acceptable behaviour within a profession or organisation.
Integrity Acting honestly and consistently with moral and ethical principles, even under pressure.
Accountability Taking responsibility for decisions, actions, and their outcomes.
Compliance Adhering to laws, regulations, standards, and organisational policies.
Confidentiality Protecting sensitive information from unauthorised disclosure.
Conflict of Interest A situation where personal interests could improperly influence professional judgement or actions.
Transparency Open and clear communication about decisions, processes, and actions to build trust.
