| Inclusion | Creating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and able to contribute fully. |
| Equality | Ensuring individuals have equal access to opportunities and resources without discrimination. |
| Equity | Providing tailored support to ensure fair outcomes, recognising that different people have different needs. |
| Unconscious Bias | Automatic, unintentional attitudes or stereotypes that affect decisions and behaviour. |
| Cultural Competence | The ability to understand, communicate, and work effectively across diverse cultures. |
| Accessibility | Designing processes, environments, and tools so they are usable by everyone, including those with disabilities. |
| Psychological Safety | A team climate where individuals feel safe to speak up, share ideas, and take risks without fear of negative consequences. |
| Inclusive Leadership | Leadership that actively seeks and values diverse perspectives and fosters an inclusive culture. |
