| Collaboration | A conflict resolution style where parties work together to find a win-win solution. |
| Compromise | Each party gives up something to reach a middle-ground solution. |
| Avoidance | A conflict management style where the issue is ignored or postponed. |
| Assertiveness | Communicating needs and opinions confidently without aggression. |
