Components of Fitness
| Term | Definition |

| Agility | The ability to move and change direction quickly. |
| Balance | The ability to keep the body stable, whether still or moving. |
| Cardiovascular Endurance | How well the heart and lungs supply oxygen to the muscles. |
| Coordination | The ability to use two or more body parts smoothly and effectively. |
| Flexibility | The range of movement (RoM) at a joint. |
| Muscular Endurance | The ability of muscles to keep working without getting tired. |
| Power | Strength × Speed |
| Reaction Time | The time taken to respond to a stimulus. |
| Speed | The rate at which someone can move or cover a distance. |
| Strength | The ability to overcome resistance. |
