shun To ignore or keep away from someone on purpose.
foe An enemy or opponent
seek (sought) To look for or try to find something. "Sought" is the past tense of "seek".
galumph To walk or move in a clumsy and noisy way.
chortle To laugh in a joyful and partly muffled way, like a mix between a snort and a chuckle.
relevant Being connected to a certain topic or issue in a way that is meaningful.
elaborate To explain or describe something in greater detail, or something that is extremely decorated.
steadfast Firmly and consistently loyal or determined, and not likely to change.
diminish To become or make something smaller, less, or less important.
resource Something that can be used to help achieve a goal, like money, supplies, or information.
conceive To think of or come up with an idea or plan.
preliminary Something that comes before the main event, like an introductory or preparatory step.
abandon To leave something or someone behind, often for good.
