3. Se observa una imagen en algodón de azúcar con broncograma aéreo en el lóbulo superior izquierdo , que patron radiologico es y cual es el diagnostico diferencial mas frecuente Patron alveolar, neumonía
4. Un paciente inmunodeprimido presenta en la Rx de tórax una cavidad pulmonar con una imagen en semiluna aérea en su interior,como se llama este signo, que patología sugiere con mayor frecuencia Signo del menisco (air crescent sign), aspergilosis invasiva
5. En la rx de tórax PA se pierde la visualización del borde derecho de la silueta cardiaca, que signos se identifica y en que localización pulmonar se encuentra la patología responsable Signo de la silueta, lóbulo medio derecho
1. Cuales son los pasos para interpretar una gasometría Analizar pH, PaCO2, base (EB)
2. Que valores normales tiene el pH en sangre arterial 7.35 a 7.45
3. Que valor de PaCO2 indica acidosis respiratoria y en que enfermedad es mas frecuente encontrarla >45 mmHg en EPOC
4. En que rango normal se encuentra el exceso de base (EB) Entre -2 y +2 mEq/l
5. Que formula se utiliza para calcular la PaCO2 esperada en acidosis metabólica PaCO2 esperada = (1.5 x HCO3) + 8 +/- 2
