Boost the activity of certain neurotransmitters, particularly dopamin and norepinephrine. Amphetamine stimulant
Inhibits the flow of Na ions through Na channels in cell membranes, reducing nerve or muscle impulses. Sodium Channel Blocker
Modulate electrical activity in the brain by affecting ion channels, neurotransmitters, or other cellular processes. Anticonvulsant
Blocking the activity of a specific type of receptor in the brain, reducing the strength of certain brain signals. NMDA inhibitor
Inhibit enzymes that break down a deficient neurotransmitter in the brain. Cholinesterase Inhibitor
Increase the brains dopamine supply, improving motor symptoms. Antiparkinsonian
Mimic the substances that activate the "fight -or-flight" response by enhancing neurotransmitters in the prefrontal cortex. Adrenergic Agonist
