systane complete dry eyes eye lube - receive dryness burning irritation - artificial tears shake, 1-2 drops, blink, as required, a/p contact lens, not with, store room temp, use 6 months after open temp blur vision, common, blink to resolve, preservatives can damage contact lenses itching swelling redness - allergic reaction, eye pain, vision impair, light sensitive - gp excessive tearing, eye discomfort - gp no response 2-4w - gp less screen time, avoid rubbing, humidifier, move desk away from AC

chiropody sponge callouses and corns removes rough skin - callouses & corns soak feet warm water, rub wet sponge on soap, rub sponge on foot, never break skin if damage or break skin stop using should be fine
