QuestionAnswer
Characterization Information about a character. May describe the character's physcial appearance, personality, speech, behavior and actions.
Point of view The person who is telling the story.
First person The main character is telling the story. You can tell because the author uses words like I and me and they are not in quotes.
Third person The narrator is telling the story. You will see words like he, she, and they.
Theme The author's point or message. What the author is trying to teach the reader about life
Mood The feeling that a writer wants the reader to have while reading.
Foreshadowing The use of clues to suggest events that will occur later in the plot.
