¿QUÉ SON LOS ANTIDEPRESIVOS ATÍPICOS? Son un grupo de antidepresivos con mecanismos de acción heterogéneos. Dentro de este grupo se incluyen a los INHIBIDORES DE LA RECAPTACIÓN DE DOPAMINA Y NORADRENALINA
BUPROPION Se utiliza como estrategia de potenciación con un IRSN por actuar sobre el sistema dopaminérgico
¿A QUÉ OTRO GRUPO DE ANTIDEPRESIVOS IMITA EL BUPROPION? Cuando se lo combina con un IRSN, imita a los tricíclicos pero sin tantos efectos adversos
EFECTOS ADVERSOS DEL BUPROPION - Somnolencia - Boca seca - Temblores - Hipertensión arterial
EL BUPROPION NO TIENE 2 EFECTOS ADVERSOS - No tiene efectos adversos sexuales - No produce aumento de peso
¿ANTE QUÉ SITUACIÓN SE UTILIZA EL BUPROPION? Ante la poca adherencia a los IRRS por efectos adversos intolerables (disfunción sexual) o como estrategia de potenciación con un IRSN (por lo general en depresión refractaria)
¿QUÉ ES EL BUPROPION? Es un inhibidor de la recaptación de dopa y nora (IRDN). Es el más importante dentro de los atípicos
¿EL BUPROPION ES UN FARMACO DE PRIMERA LINEA? No, se lo utiliza cuando hay complicaciones con los IRSS o para potenciar pero NO es de primera elección
¿CUÁLES SON LOS ANTIDEPRESIVOS ANTAGONISTAS (BLOQUEANTES) DE RECEPTORES PRESINPATICOS DE MONOAMINAS? - MIRTAZAPINA - Mianserina
¿CUÁL ES EL MECANISMO DE ACCION DE LA MIRTAZAPINA? - Antagoniza receptores alfa2 presinápticos (aumenta liberación de noradrenalina) - Antagoniza receptores serotoninérgicos presinápticos (+ serotonina) - Antagoniza receptores H1 (produce aumento de peso y sonmolencia)
