Geo: 1.2 Vocabulary

QuestionAnswer
What is physical geography? This term describes the study of the earth's physical features, its climate, land, water, plants and animals.
What is Human geography? The study of human activities and their relationship with the environment. Concentrates on political, economic, and cultural factors.
What is meteorology? The study of the weather and weather forecasting, commonly used by those interested in a field in physical geography.
What is cartography? The studying and making of maps.
