AutoCAD Key shortcuts

| CTRL S | Save |
| CTRL TAB | cycle through open drawings quickly. |
| CTRL 9 | Reopens the Command window |
| CTRL O | Open |
| scroll the wheel... | to Zoom |
| hold the wheel button down... | to Pan |
| double-click on the wheel... | zooms the extents of the drawing |
| L | Starts the Line command |
| F1 | Help |
| While in a command, pressing F1 | will open Help with information about the current command selected. |
| F7 | toggles grid display |
| CTRL Z | Undo |
| CTRL Y | Redo |
| CTRL 1 | opens Properties |
| F10 | polar tracking |
| TAB | toggles you over to the Height tooltip for dynamic input |

| Crossing Window | pick the two diagonal points of the window from right to left to select all the entities in the selection window and all entities that extend through it. |
