Stomata Small openings or pores on the suface of leaves
Transpiration The process of water evaporates from a plants leaves

Germination The spouting of the embryo , happens when embryo resumes it’s growth following dormacy
Flower The reproductive structure of an angiosperm
Pollination The transfer of pollen from male reproductive structures to female structure in plants

Describe the 2 functions of stems Carries substances between plants roots and leaves and provides structures
Describe the function of leaves They carry out he process of photosynthesis and capture the suns energy
What are the 3 ways a seed can be dispersed On animals, by wind, water
Know and be able to label the structures of a flower Stamens, sepals, petals, pistils
Know what each part of the flower does Sepals and petals: sepals is the protective structure on the baby plant, petals are the outcome of sepals Stamens: the male reproductive parts Pistils: the female reproductive parts
