Musculocutaneous n. (3) coracobrachialis, bicpes brachii, brachialis
Axillary n. (2) deltoid, teres minor
Radial n. (7) triceps, anconeus, brachioradialis, supinator, wrist, fingers, and thumb extensors
Median n. (3) pronators, wrist and finger flexors on radial side, most thumb muscles
Ulnar n. (4) flexor carpi ulnaris, flexor digitorum profundus (medial half), interoosei, 4th and 5th lumbricals
Sciatic n. (2) hamstrings, adductor magnus
Femoral n. (4) sartorius, quadriceps, illacus, pectineus
Tibial n. (5) gastrocnemius, soleus, plantaris, popliteus, tibialis posterior
Superficial peroneal n. (2) peroneus longus and brevis
Deep peroneal n. (7) tibialis anterior, extensor hallucis longus, extensor digitorum longus, peroneus tertius, 1st and 2nd dorsal interossei, extensor digitorum brevis, extensor hallucis brevis
