MedicationAuxiliary Label Description
Vicodin Do Not Drink Alcoholic Beverages. May Cause Drowsiness. Caution: Federal law prohibits the transfer of this drug to any person other than the patient for whom it was prescribed
Glucophage Do not drink alcoholic beverages. Take with food or milk
Coumadin Do Not Take with Aspirin. Take Exactly as Directed by Physician. Do Not Drink Alcoholic Beverages
Cipro Do Not Take with Antacids. Avoid Sunlight
Tetracycline Avoid Sunlight. Do not take Dairy Products and Antacids 1 Hour before Meals and 2 Hours after meals
Deltasone Take with food or milk. Take exactly as directed by Physician
Biaxin Shake well. Store at Room Temperature and Discard after 14 days.
Ambien Do Not Drink Alcoholic Beverages. May cause drowsiness. Caution: Federal law prohibits the transfer of this drug to any person other than the patient for who it was prescribed.
Motrin Take with food or milk. Do not drink alcoholic beverages. May cause drowsiness
Depakote Take with food or milk. May cause drowsiness
Xalatan Refrigerate. For Ophthalmic Use Only
Antivert Do not drink alcoholic beverages. May cause drowsiness.
TobraDex For Ophthalmic Use Only
Proventil Shake Well
Bactrim Suspension Shake Well. Avoid Sunlight. Store at Room Temperature
Augmentin Take with food or milk
Benzamycin Keep refrigerated, Discard after 3 months
Minocin Avoid Sunlight. Do Not Take Dairy Products and Antacids 1 Hour before Meals and 2 Hours after Meals.
Amoxicillin Suspension Shake Well. Refrigerate and Discard after 14 days
Lotrisone cream For external use only
Feldene Take with food or milk. Do Not Drink Alcoholic Beverages
