Animist religious beliefs in which nature, such as animals and mountains, has spirits

Secular Nation government not ruled by religion
First Amendment The constitutional amendment that establishes the four great liberties: freedom of the press, of speech, of religion, and of assembly.
Charter of Rights & Freedoms addition to the Canadian constitution that guarantees fundamental freedoms to all Canadians
Protestant Reformation A religious movement of the 16th century that began as an attempt to reform the Roman Catholic Church and resulted in the creation of Protestant churches.
Dominion A colony with limited right to self rule within its own territory.
