posterior oblique SI joint 1 inch medial to upside ASIS
AP femur mid and proximal rotate leg internally 15-20 mid femur

lateral femur- mediolateral mid and proximal feel for ASIS and place board under there
lateral femur- mediolateral mid and distal board two inches below knee joint
