Materia Medica generally pharmacology, but also referred to the drugs in use
Pharmacopeia an authoritative listing of drugs and issues related to their use; book of drugs
Pharmaceutical of or about drugs; a drug product
Panacea a cure-all; a remedy for all disease or ills
Antitoxin a substance that acts against a toxin in the body;a vaccine containing antitoxins,used to fight disease
Antibiotic a substance which harms or kills micro-organisms like bacteria or fungi
Hormone chemicals produced by the body that regulate body functions and processes
Human Genome the complete set of of genetic material contained in a human cell
