VF/VT 1-2 Gm in 10 Ml D5W over 1-2 Min.Eclampsia 1-4 Gm IV over 3 Mins to a max of 1.5 Ml/Min. Broncodilation 1-2 Gm in 250 cc NS over 20 Min. Hypotension, Cardiac Arrest, Decreased Respirations, Heart Block.
Epinephrine Epi, Adrenalin A, B, B2 agonist Fine V-Fib, Aystole, PEA, Bradycardia, Bronchodilation. IVP: 1 Mg 1:10000 in 10 Ml every 3-5 as needed. IV Infusion:1 mg 1:1000 in 500 Ml NS titrated to response. ETT: 2-2.5 Mg 1:1000 in 10 Ml every 3-5 min as needed. Asthma/Anaphalaxis: 0.3-0.5 Mg 1:1000 SC every 20-30 Min as needed.
