The muscles

| Anaerobic Exercise | short burst of exercise that fatigues muscles rapidly (sprinting) |
| Circuit Training | a series of workouts done consecutively with little rest in between sets |
| Compound Exercise | an exercise that targets a single muscle or muscle group |
| 48 Hour Rule | Allowing 48 hours so your muscles can rebuild/repair before you can lift that muscle group again |
| Strength Imbalance | your muscles work in pairs. What you do to one side you have to do to the other. |
