Croup an acute respiratory syndrome in children and infants.
Epistaxis a nosebleed
Pertussis whooping cough
Asthma a bronchial airway obstruction due to spasm of bronchi
Chronic bronchitis an inflammation of the bronchi persisting for a long time
Atelectasis an incomplete expansion of the air sacs or collapsed, functionless, airless lung or portion of a lung
Emphysema an over-inflation of air sacs with destruction of alveolar walls
Pneumonia an acute inflammation and infection of alveoli, which fill with pus
Tuberculosis an infectious disease caused by a bacteria
