Ways to sharpen your physical saw Plenty of sleep, nutrition, and exercise,
Ways to sharpen your social-emotional saw Connect with others, build friendships, expand your circle and take time for yourself
Ways to sharpen your mental saw Continue to learn, and don't be hyper focused,
Ways to sharpen your spiritual saw Mediate, reflect on your personal mission statement and goals, listen to inspiring music, think deeply about what matters most and journal.
