| Margarita | Similar to martini glass but more of a bowl shape |

| What is the prep method? | Chill with ice for 30 - 45 seconds (not all) |
| What is the Speed Rack? | A rack at the bartender station that holds the house alcohol bottles (cheapest options) |
| Speed Rack Order | -Vodka -Rum -Tequila -Triple Sec -Whiskey |
| Liquor vs. Liqueur | -Liquor: 80 proof and above -Liqueur: below 80 proof |
| What is Proof? | -2 times the percentage of alcohol in the bottle -Government Regulated |
| Types of Juices/Mixers | -Orange (Typically has an orange cap) -Cranberry (red top) -Sour Mix (yellow top) -Pineapple (green top) -Cream (white or clear top) -Grapefruit (can) -Grenadine: Cherry flavor syrup -Lime Juice: Concentrated lime juice |
