Saquinavir Fortovasee/Invirase (PI)-ab. bloating, indigestion, hyperlipidemia, take WITH fatty foods; avoid rifampin-(liver toxicity)

Enfuvirtide Fuzeon (Fusion inhibitors)-injection stire reaction, respiratory reactions, 45 minutes for complete dissolution
Maraviroc CCRSelzentry (CCR5 co-receptor antagonist)-DO NOT USe in dual/mixed CXCR4-tropic HIV-1 at this time, postural hypotemsion, caution: HepB/C, CVD
Raltegravir Isentress (Integrase Inhibitor)-caution UGT1A1 inhibitors like gemfibrozil, indinavir, atazanavir,....no effect CYP450
