| abuse (V) | to treat someone in a cruel and violent way, sometimes sexually |
| exhibit (V) | to clearly show a particular quality, emotion, or ability |
| furthermore (adv) | in addition to what has already been said |
| proof (N) | facts, information, documents etc that prove something is true |
| facilitate (V) | to make it easier for a process or activity to happen |
| temporary (adj) | continuing for only a limited period of time |
| contradict (V) | to disagree with something, especially by saying that the opposite is true |
| make a mental note (idiom -V) | to make a special effort to remember something |
| specialist (N) | someone who knows a lot about a particular subject, or is very skilled at it |
| concentration (N) | the ability to think about something carefully or for a long time |
