| Barrier to (market) entry | factors that can prevent/impede newcomers into a market/industry sector |
| Bottom line | the final total of an account, balance sheet, or financial document |
| Business model | a design for the successful operation of a business, identifying revenue sources, customer base, products, and details of financing |
| Business plan | a document setting out a business's future objectives and strategies for achieving them |
| Business structure | a category of organization that is legally recognized in a given jurisdiction and characterized by the legal definition of that particular category |
