| Variable | A part of an experiment |
| Quantitative | The use of mathematics for science or an experiment |
| Qualitative | The physical part of science or an experiment |
| Independent Variable | A stand alone variable that remains unchanged by other variables in an experiment, The variable that changes |
| Dependent Variable | The variable that is affected and changed by other variables in an experiment, Responds to the change of other variables |
| Manipulated Variable | The variable that is changed when doing a experiment |
| Responding Variable | The variable that responds to the change created by the manipulated variable |
| Precise | Exact and spot on |
| Accurate | Generally correct and on the mark |
| Valid | Decides whether the experiment qualifies as an experiment by scientific standards |
| Reliable | The sureness that your results are entirely accurate, That you have done it multiple times and come up with the same result |
| Empirical Evidence | Information or evidence organised and collected from observation |
| Pseudo Science | Science that specifically doesn't focus on fact or logic |
| Results | The outcome of an experiment |
| Conclusion | The answer of your hypothesis |
| Hypothesis | An educated guess about the result of the experiment |
| Constant | The unchanging variable in an experiment |
| Control | What typically happens without changing anything |
