Point of View the perspective from which the events in the story are told
Pun a play on words with multiple meanings, usually humorous
Fable has a moral and usually animal characters that teach a lesson
Folklore the traditional belief or customs that are passed down from one generation to another
Legend stories shared and passed down from one generation to another
Tall Tales a greatly exaggerated story; difficult to believe
Myths made up stories that explain the creation of something in nature and have gods and goddesses
