What does lose-win mean? | When you are low on courage but high on consideration, you are insecure. |
What does lose-lose mean? | If you cannot win, you will not let anyone else win. You are putting other people down while also putting yourself down. |
What does win-win mean? | You and the others will both win. When balancing both courage and consideration you are putting you and them first. |

What is the main point of module 12? | I can make deposits of kindness and helpfulness into other people's emotional bank accounts. When I do this, it's easier to make new friends and build strong relationships. |
