Think Win-Win

Do Balance courage with consideration and make deposits in other people's Emotional Bank Accounts.
Get More "wins" in life and better relationships.
See It's possible to win in such a way that others can win too.
Win-Lose You're high on courage and low on consideration. You want to get ahead even if it means stepping on someone else to get there. You ultimately see life as a competition. You can't win unless other people lose.
Lose-Win You're low on courage and high on consideration, you're insecure. You have permanent victim mentality, and you're always looking for sympathy. You're eager to please and reluctant to stand up for yourself.
Lose-Lose If you can't win, nobody wins. You envy and criticize others. You don't care if other people lose, nor do you have the courage to stand up for yourself. You put other people down and often yourself too.
Win-Win or No Deal You're ready to walk away before someone loses, including yourself. Balancing courage and consideration is the way to help others and yourself feel good.
