2. Do Small Acts of Kindness Be kind to others and build connections with people instead of being negative and disrespective.
3. Keep Promises Nothing effects someone's Emotional Bank Account more than a serious promise being broken. Therefore, be good to your word and what promises you make.

5. Be Loyal to the Absent Don't gossip or talk behind someone's back. Because if you do it could make everyone question if you do the same to them weakening you trust between one another.
6. Set Clear expectations Don't leave things fuzzy. Also follow through with expectations, instead of just making them suggestions.
7. Apologize If you are in the wrong admit it. Don't wait or make excuses which could lead to other issues.
8. Forgive Learn to forgive and forget so you don't keep beating yourself down.
Balance Courage and Consideration(A-D) Build effective relationships with people by working for their benefits as well as your own.
Make Deposits in Othe People's Emotional Bank Accounts(1-8) Make deposits of kindness and helpfulness into other people's Emotional Bank Accounts. This makes it easier to make new friends and build strong relationships.
