Win - Lose You win and someone else loses. Ex: Sports games
Lose - Win You have a permanent victim mentality, your low on courage and are insecure
Lose - Lose You get revenge, someone else loses and you do too, you bring them down with you
Win - Win Both people win from your actions Ex: College classes, You want to be in this category
Courage and Consideration You want high Courage and Consideration to be in the win - win category
Emotional bank account Deposit kindness and helpfulness in others emotional bank account and it will help you be more win - win
Ways to Deposit into a EBA Small acts of kindness, Keep Promises, Keep Confidences, Be loyal to the absent, Set clear expectations, Apologize, Frogive
