Habit 4: Think Win-Win flash cards.

TermDefinition
Win-Lose When you can't win unless others lose. High on courage, low on consideration, prideful, bold but cold. Ex: "I'm going to beat you no matter what."
Lose-Win When you're not brave enough to stick up for yourself. Low on courage, high on consideration, insecure, doormat. Ex: "I always get stepped on." "Poor me!"
Lose-Lose If you can't win, nobody wins. Envious, critical of others, vengeful. Low on courage, low on consideration. Ex: "If I'm going down, you're going down with me."
Win-Win or No Deal You are ready to walk away before someone loses- including yourself. Balancing courage and consideration. Ex: "We're going to win together."
