Does the two suffixes -algia and -cele have the same meaning ? No the suffix -algia means pain and -cele means hernia
In the word cephalometry what is the suffix? Metry is the suffix
What suffix means binding, fixation? -desis
In the word adrenaline the what does the prefix ad mean? towards
What does the term arthritis mean? arthr/itis means Joint/inflammation so Inflammation of the joint
What does the term hypoglycemia mean? Hypo/glyc/emia under/sugar/blood condition so low blood sugar
What does acute mean? It means it just started recently or is a sharp,severe symptom
