parts of the human brain

brain stem connects brin to spinal cord and the rest of the body
parietal lobe processing center- takes in external information and interprets it
cerebellum controls posture and balance (walking, running, etc)
occipital lobe handels visual perception (color, form, motion, etc)
frontal lobe emotional control center, involved in behavior and personality
temporal lobe processes parts of visual perception and auditory perception
