Diclofenac/ Voltaren (PO) | KSE: diarrhea, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, flatulence, nausea US WARN: increase the risk of serious ( potentially fatal) cardio thrombotic events, MI, & stroke; may increase the risk for serious (potentially fatal) GI adverse events including ulceration, bleeding, & perforation.
